BUILDING SIDE VIEW

The guest rooms are situated in two, two-story buildings of masonry construction with guest rooms accessed by exterior corridors.

There is an additional building which houses a restaurant, guest lobby and 1,000 SF of meeting space.

Currently, only 55-rooms are in operation. Once the other 65-rooms have been completely renovated, the other 55-rooms will be renovated as well.

VIEW OF POOL AREA

The Days Inn is located at I-37 and Navigation Blvd. This is an excellent location adjacent to the Greyhound Race Track, and ideally located near the downtown district, water front areas, and the Airport.

Corpus Christi is located on the Texas Gulf Coast midway between Houston and the Mexican border.

VIEW OF RESTAURANT

The restaurant is currently closed, but in very good condition. It can easily be leased on favorable terms, and is a nice amenity for guests.

Facilities include dry storage, walk-in cooler and freezer.

The meeting space is located adjacent to the restaurant, and can be used for banquets or converted to an owner’s living quarters.
