Capital Improvements:

• 2005 Lobby received new refrigerated A/C.
• 2006 66 guest rooms received mattress and box spring. A new hot water boiler was also installed.
• 2007 9 guest rooms received new carpet, new drapes, and new paint.
• March 2007 All remaining spreads were replaced with new upgraded bedding meeting Holiday Inn Express standards. New wireless internet equipment was installed, the elevator interior was updated and the breakfast bar received new “hot item” equipment. The front desk received the OPERA Version 4.0 Enhancement.

A new Owner will have to apply and receive a new license from Intercontinental Hotels to continue operating as a Holiday Inn Express.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel is situated on approximately 2.2 acres of fee simple land (owned).
